The Arcane Elegy is a set comprised of a katana and two wraps that wrap around the tops of the users boots or forearms, chosen during attunement. While they are worn as wraps, they give a +1 to AC. When the user performs a specific flourish, the wraps will magically come off the users boots, roll themselves up and attach to the end of the katana forming a glaive. Using the flourish uses one action. The wraps can be returned to their wrap form with a command word, using a bonus action to complete.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
