Amulet of Minor Telepathy

A simple copper amulet, encircling a clear crystal plate, inscribed with scrawling arcane patterns of indeterminate origin. Once attuned the wearer can use an action to establish a telepathic bond with up to 5 creatures it can see within 30ft. The targeted creature must share a language with the wearer, or despite hearing them will not understand them. The affect is disabled if that creature leaves the range, or is separated from the wearer by 1 ft. of solid material.
