Wondrous Item, rare
The arrow of consecraverant is a special arrow created by the Gods, they bestowed a set of these arrows onto the world to help the people become stronger and infuse them with the weave itself. Once a person is pierced with the arrow, they will gain any random spell, that is above level one and below seventh level. This spell is at the discretion of the DM, and could be from any source material, the spell follows all regular spell rules; unless changed by the DM.
The arrow is not used up once it's pierced a person, however it could easily break. Most governments, rulers, mages, and scholars look for these arrows in hopes of preserving them or using them.
