You deal force damage instead of slashing damage. 2 times per short rest you can cast Eldritch Blast: Instead of increasing the number of beams, the damage increases to 2d10 at 5th level, 3d10 at 11th level, and 4d10 at 17th level. You gain a +1 bonus to your proficiency bonus. All 1's rolled for damage become 2's. While you are attuned: you can choose to save against 2 (Wisdom saving throw) spells per short rest; you can do this before or after rolling but before you know if you've failed or not.
If you are not proficient, being attuned grants you that proficiency.
