this staff is thin black metal staff with a dark red raindrop shaped metal. In the raindrop there is an eyeball and a speaker that you can talk through and make your voice sound like you're on a old-timey radio show. The staff is a sentient magic item that can talk to you through the speaker in the raindrop. The Magical Abilities that the staff grants you are as follows.
-Acoustokinesis, You can make your voice sound like you're speaking through a radio, and make other radio sound effects. At any time
-Photokinesis, you can generate demonic red light from your eyes at any time.
-Umbrakinesis, you can manipulate shadows, while holding the cane you can use a bonus action to coat yourself in shadows and blend into other shadows perfectly, making you essentially invisible. But if someone casts spells such as 'Detect magic' you will be seen.
-Pyrokinesis, while holding the cane you can cast the Fireball spell at 3rd level centered on a point within 30ft of you that you can see. you can use this feature a number of times equal to your character level +1 per short/long rest(either one works) Requires no material components.
-Partial Telekinesis, If the cane is not in your hands and you can still see it, you can call it to your hands(requires no verbal components)
-You can also cast the spell 'Evards Black Tentacles' spell by slamming the cane down. Requiring no components of any kind
