Weapon (longsword), rare (requires attunement)

A sword crafted from a mysterious magical material that appears as liquid water, rippling and flowing along its blade. This weapon is said to embody the fluidity and adaptability of water, granting its wielder unique powers. While wielding Claíomh Uisce you may cast the Shape Water spell at will. As a bonus action, you can command Claíomh Uisce to transform into a semi-liquid state for 1 minute, extending its reach by 10 feet, and dealing 1d6 additional cold damage with each successful attack, Claíomh Uisce's blade then vaporizes. When you are within 30 feet of a significant body of water, such as an ocean, river, or large lake, the sword regains its blade.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: Damage: Cold, Damage, Combat, Versatile, Sap
