Arrow of Whooshing

Makes a sound like someone making the sound of an arrow flying through the air as it flies through the air.

All creatures in a 5-foot area of the path of the arrow must succeed on a DC 12 Intelligence saving throw or they are confused/distracted for one round of combat. If not in combat and fails the save, then the creature is confused/distracted. The user and party members within 10 ft of the shoot will have advantage on stealth check and will lose the advantage if they decide to attack.
