Amulet of Blooming Retribution

While you wear this amulet you gain a +1 to your spell attack rolls and save DC. The seed comes to life and can communicate telepathically, it has the same sight as Evete and can speak languages he knows, it shares his Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma modifiers. Once per long rest Evete can use his Channel Divinity as a free action regardless of the cost, using it this way does not consume the Channel Divinity. When Evete uses Divine Smite he can deal thunder damage instead of radiant.
