Clergical Wraps

These azure and white colored cloth strips are adorned with dozens of arcane runic markings and are given to those who pass the trials of the Clergy and prove their devotion.

While wearing these wraps, usually upon the forearms and wrists, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and the spell save DC of your spells. In addition, the wraps hold three charges, the wearer can expend one of these charges while casting a spell and choose to ignore either the verbal or somatic components of that spell (but not both). The wraps regain all spent charges after a long rest.
