This grey coat has in it's pockets a magical variety of tools; as an action, you can put your hand into one of the pockets and pull out one set of artisan Tools (see the "Equipment" chapter in the Player's Handbook for a list of artisan's tools). Whatever tool you choose to take out, you are proficient with it. You have to put all tools back completely before you can take out a new or different set of tools. The pockets do not contain any materials that may or may not be needed.
While wearing this coat, spells and anything else that would detect or reveal your creature type treat you as humanoid, and those that would reveal your alignment treat it as neutral.
