Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a requires attunement by a sorcerer or warlock)

Fashioned from a polished gemstone encased in a delicate silver setting, the Amulet of Forewarning gleams with an inner light that seems to pulse with anticipation. Etched into the gem's surface are intricate runes that flicker and shift as if reacting to unseen threats. The amulet grants its wearer the ability to sense imminent danger.

When danger approaches within 30 feet, pulses of heat are felt through the wearer's body accompanied by faint whispering in the wearer's mind, seemingly alerting them to the threat. After succeeding on a DC 18 wisdom saving throw to detect the heat and whispering as an actual danger signal, the player then makes a perception check with advantage in order to properly detect the danger. If the Saving Throw is failed, then he takes 1d10 psychic damage and is not able to truly sense the danger.

The amulet's warning cannot specify the type of danger (i.e human, creature, natural disaster, etc), especially if the source of danger magically concealed. It cannot distinguish between different levels of danger, only providing a general sense of imminent threat.
