Made by the brilliantly disturbed gnome Sephiro, this blade is fashioned from a horn of the slain Blue Dragon Iynnyr. When drawn this blade emits a low and faintly audible hum. Small lights of lightning arc between points on the blade in a random fashion.

2 times per day you may become one with the arcing lighting of your blade and arc like a bolt of lightning dealing 3d10 damage to all creatures in a 5 ft wide straight line to a point within 60 ft of your starting location.
