Platinum amulet with a Silver and black dragon facing each other.
Once attuned by a Dragonborn, the wearer gains a permanent number of HP equal to 2x their current level. Additionally, whenever you take a short rest, the first 2 hit dice of damage you heal cost 0 hit dice. Any hit dice healing after that acts as normal. Works once every short rest.
The wearer must always wear the amulet to gain the HP benefit. If ever un-attuned the user loses permanent HP equal to 2x whatever their current level is. A wearner can only ever be attuned to the item once.
Notes: Can only be attuned to by a Dragonborn. Attunement only requires the Dragonborn accept the items gifted abilities.
