Arrow of Paralysis

An arrow of paralysis is a magical wooden arrow that is meant to paralyze the target. Upon a successful attack, the target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. If the attack was made with advantage, the DC increases to 17. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. 

Once an arrow of paralysis hits a target, the power is used up. The arrow can regain it's power if it is imbued with a hold person spell of 3rd level or higher or a hold monster spell, taking 10 minutes per arrow.
