Wondrous Item, rare
A clear orb the size of a small marble, filled with wisps of white and gray smoke. Astral pearls are made when a piece of the astral plane crystalizes into solid form, usually occurring when there is a large concentration of power somewhere in the astral sea, or when there is a leak from the astral sea into another plane.
You may use your action to activate the pearl, allowing you to cast fly on one creature. The pearl is activated by contact with water which will cause the outer casing of the orb to melt, releasing the smoke inside. Whichever creature inhales the smoke receives the effect.
