Amulet of the Mind, allows wearer to control results of a permanent polymorph. By controlling the dreaming world, it prevents the beast from getting out. This includes lycanthropy as well as polymorph effect, that was not properly removed. Once per long rest, as an action Amulet of the Mind, allows wearer to change to the beast form, while retaining full control, including spell casting, if form allows it. Furthermore, while in the Dream World, the wearer is fully aware.
