A small hand drum. To others it would be unclear if it was made for a child or one of the smaller races, but regardless it was made with love and care, the soft leather well oiled and the designs around the whole of it intricate and detailed. You know it was made by and for a Gnome, the symbols and motifs that dance and weave across the drum are achingly familiar to you.
While holding this drum, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls and +1 to the saving throw DCs of your bard spells.
As an action, you can play the drum to regain one use of your Bardic Inspiration feature. This property of the drum can't be used again until the next dawn.
