Wondrous Item, very rare
This cloak was infused with antimemetic properties, meaning that the creature can not be perceived, thought of, or even known by anyone. The creature can still make actions, bonus actions, etc. but they cannot be targeted by spells or attacks. The creature is, for all intents and purposes, does not exist to others. The effects wear off once the creature removes the cloak.
