Blessed by the goddess of beer, this amphora can brew magical drinks that confer wild powers beyond drunk.
River's Fill. As plentiful as the Crescent River, the amphora can always make beer flow: whenever a non-magic cup is reached inside it, it is filled with beer. The beer's flavor and make vary from time to time, but the quality is always top-notch.
Magical Brew. a shimmer fills the beer in the amphora with magic: once per long rest, you can fill a non-magic cup with magical beer. The first creature that drinks this cup becomes drunken for 1d6 x 10 minutes.
While under this condition, they are smashed: they have disadvantage on checks and saving throws made to resist being moved against their will or knocked down and score critical failures on rolls of 1 and 2, but they have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks, resistance to bludgeoning damage, and they score critical hits on rolls of 18, 19, and 20.
Spell Brewery. The amphora can be used to brew potions out of spells. A spellcaster can use an action to touch it and expend a spell slot to pour a specific spell they can cast at the time into it to be brewed.
The brewing takes a period of 2 hours per level of the spell and, after it's over, the first non-magical cup that is inserted into the amphora is filled with the spellbrew. A creature that drinks it is targeted by the spell as if it's spell caster had cast it.
Only one spell can be brewed at a time and a spellbrew loses its effect after a number of hours equal to its brewing time. spells the require concentration are maintained by the spellcaster and begin when the spellbrew is consumed.
