This dull metallic disk is threaded onto a simple string and sits around the neck.
While you are in danger it begins to leak scented vapor which rise and fills your nostrils. The amulet seems to know exactly what you are in need of and restores your health.
The first time each day you are subject to a condition (Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned or Stunned), the amulet will act to remove it.
