Anti-Magic Slick

A translucent, green slick that hardens promptly once it touches air. This substance is designed to cover the mouths of magic users to prevent verbal components from being utilised. It is crafted to target the mouth of magic users.

As an action, you can fling a dose of anti-magic slick at a creature (20ft/60ft). You may make a ranged attack against a target creature, casters may use their spell attack modifier. Upon a successful hit, the slick begins to harden.
At the top of the target's next turn, they make a Dex Saving Throw DC 16 to remove the slick. Upon failure, the slick hardens and is immoveable for 12 hours. The target cannot speak using their mouth during this time.
