Amber Amulet of Buttered Hands

This Amber Amulet has 1 charge. While wearing it, you can use an action and expend 1 charge to cast the Disarm spell from it. The Disarm spell cast from this item has no DC and always succeeds; the target instantly drops EVERYTHING they are holding in their hands. The amulet regains 1 expended charge daily at dawn. The spell is activated by a very loud shout through the hole in the amulet while looking at the target.
