Agony is a weapon forged for the Champion of the Chained Oblivion.
It is both the vessel that feeds him and the shackles that keep him imprisoned.
To wield Agony is a great undertaking that will test the mental fortitude of the Champion.
Should Agony be without a Champion or further than 30ft away from its Champion for longer than 10 minutes, the bonds that bind Tharizdun will collapse, freeing him upon the world and bringing the Apocalypse.
Should the Champion miss the attack....
Agony still must feed, they will taken over by the overwhelming mental power of The Chained Oblivion and make an attempt at attacking one of the nearest allies.
Should Agony not be fired for a length of time, the Champion will need to succeed a DC12 Constitution saving throw or attack the nearest ally.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
