Used predominantly by the elite Tidecaller City Guard of Sinkala. Tidecaller Halberd's are forged from a unique metal alloy only found off the Sinkala coastline. The weapon's shaft is crafted from driftwood, hardened by time and enchanted for resilience. Its blade, wide and gleaming, curves gracefully like a cresting wave.
Tide's Reach (1/Long Rest). Once per long rest, the wielder can extend the halberd's reach by an additional 5 feet for one minute, as water magic causes the shaft to elongate fluidly. The halberd is accompanied by the sound of a crashing wave, and each attack in this form deals an extra 1d4 cold damage.
Mist Cloak (1/Long Rest). When the wielder of the halberd is standing in water or in rain, they can use an action to activate a misty shroud that grants them +2 bonus to AC and advantage on Stealth checks. This cloak of mist lasts for 10 minutes and dissipates when the wielder leaves the water or the rain stops.
Aqua Vortex (1/Day). Once per day, the wielder can slam the halberd onto the ground to unleash a swirling pool of water within a 15-foot radius centred on the wielder. Each creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw or be pulled 10 feet toward the wielder and be knocked prone. The water dissipates at the end of the user's next turn.

Proficiency with a Halberd allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
