Arrow of Lightning Attraction

An arrow made of conductive metals, with the fletching having a copper ball in its place. It is weighty, and awkward, but leads to a powerful combination with electric powers.

When you successfully hit a creature with this arrow, the arrow sticks to the inside of them. The next time that an attack roll is made against the creature that deals lightning damage, that attack roll is made with advantage. If the creature has to make a saving throw against an effect that would deal lightning damage, they immediately fail that saving throw. If either of these effects occur, the arrow then drops from the creature.
