This slice of apap is topped with fried pieces of an ancient white dragon's heart.
When consumed, you gain the following benefits for 24 hours, or until the end of your next long rest:
- Your Strength, Constitution and Charisma scores increase by 2, to a maximum of 22.
- You have an immunity to cold damage.
- You can understand and speak Draconic.
- You have advantage on Constitution saving throws.
- You have advantage on Perception and Stealth ability checks.
Cold Breath. As an action, you can exhale an icy blast, replicating the effects of a cone of cold spell. Affected creatures must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. This feature can only be used once.
Hamartia. While under the effects of the ancient white dragon's essence, your own heart becomes emotionally compromised. Your character flaws are amplified and you may experience intense feelings of regret, yearning, rage, or despair.
