Ant nectar is a naturally occurring substance secreted by giant ants. The nectar raises the consumer's Strength exceptionally, but lowers their Intelligence and Charisma by a considerable amount.
player can use a bonus Action to consumed the Ant nectar once consumed there strength will increase by +4 but INT and CHR will lower by -2
