Armor of the sun

Made by an ancient force and forged by a drop of the sun this magic armor has a ruby band and an emerald band on it. Both of these bands have magic properties to them. The ruby band allows the user to get an extra action. The emerald band allows the user to increase their AC by two. Only one band may be active in battle. Once used the band fades to a gray and must take a long rest to recharge. 

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
