After drinking, make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw:

On a Success:

• You gain Advantage on Charisma and Strength checks.
• You have Disadvantage on Dexterity and Wisdom checks.
• You can use a bonus action to exhale a 15-foot cone (or line, based on dragon type).   
• - The target must make a DC 13 saving throw.   
• - On a fail: 2d6 damage based on the dragon type.   
• - On a success: Half damage.
• You can exhale up to 3 times, or until 1 hour passes.

On a Failure:

• You immediately vomit dragon breath in a 15-foot radius, hitting all nearby creatures.   
• Everyone in range must make a DC 13 saving throw.   
• On a fail: 4d6 damage; on a success: Half damage.

You are Drunk:   

• Disadvantage on all skill checks   
• Speed is halved
• The type and damage of the breath depend on the kind of dragon it came from (choose or roll a d10).
