Auspex Amulet

While attuned and wearing this amulet, the powers and knowledge of possibility of the multiverse channel through the wearer.

While wearing the amulet, the attuned can gain the effect of the guidance spell by expending one charge on the amulet. The amulet has a total of 3 charges, which are restored at each dawn. If all charges are spent, roll a percentile die. If the result is 5% or less, the amulet begins to crack, unable to function until it is repaired using quartz worth 25gp and either the use of jeweler's tools or the Mending spell. Other methods of repair are at the DM's discretion.

In addition, the wielder can also cast augury, requiring no material components to cast, which costs 2 Charges to cast. If the spell is cast, the wielder must roll a percentile die. If the roll is 10 or less, the amulet crumbles and is destroyed, no longer able to be used.

After fully repaired, the amulet will regain its charges and power after the next dawn.
