Ashen Circlet of Blasting

This circlet is made of a burnt branch shaped into a circlet and is inscribed with images of Reorx and his disciples. It appears quite fragile, with pieces of burnt wood falling off of the circlet.
While wearing this circlet, you can use an action to cast the scorching ray spell with it. When you make the spell's attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. Roll a d20 to determine whether the circlet breaks from the arcane force. The circlet can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
