Amulet of Novan Attitude

This amulet was forged by the lords of the Novan empire. Whoever wears it gains control of the Chain of Empires. When first put on, the wearer must make a Constitution saving throw or take 6d10 damage. After worn, the wearer gains +1 bonus to Constitution Saving Throws. The amulet itself is made of a gold-platinum alloy and is embellished with a translucent jewel in the middle.
