Once per short rest, the bow can whisper guidance to the shifter, allowing them to reroll a missed attack roll with advantage.

Eagle's Sight

When using shift ability, the shifter gains advantage on Perception checks and can see up to 1 mile away with no difficulty, able to discern even fine details as though looking at something no more than 100 feet away from you for the duration of the shift.

Enhanced precision

While wielding Arrowshrieker, the shifter gains a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this bow.

Proficiency with a Heavy Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
