This Behir skin stretched over a black wooden drum can be beaten as a bonus action once per round, expending one charge. Doing so moves a creature the bard chooses to be moved one step ahead in the initiative order. The drum holds 4 charges and regains 1d2+1 charges at dawn. Upon expending the last charge, roll a d20, on a 1 you move to the bottom of the initiative order.
