This 'Hat of Blue' is a simple blue hat that gives the wearer the ability to talk to any object that is blue. The hat itself can not be talked to.
The hat has 4 charges to speak to anything that is blue. At dawn roll 1d4 to regain charges.
Created and used by the mad artificer Ashtren, this hat was used to locate people, gather information, and learn from uncovered artifacts. Ashtren painted small patches of the places she visited just to collect information, as colors can see many things.
