Properties
- Stellar Guidance: Once per day, you can ask the amulet for guidance from the cosmos. You gain advantage on any one ability check or saving throw you make within the next hour.
- Astral Protection: As a reaction when you are hit by an attack, you can use your cosmic connection to bend space and time, causing the attack to miss you. You gain a +5 bonus to your AC against that attack.
- Cosmic Conduit: The Amulet of Voria serves as a conduit to the cosmic powers beyond mortal comprehension. As you attune to the amulet, you feel a connection to the vast expanse of the cosmos. You gain proficiency in the Arcana skill if you didn't already have it.
Curse:
The power of the Amulet of Voria is both magnificent and perilous. When you attune to the amulet, you become marked by the celestial powers it channels. While attuned, you have disadvantage on saving throws against spells and effects that deal radiant or necrotic damage. Additionally, you become more susceptible to the call of the void, gaining an insatiable curiosity about the mysteries of the cosmos that can sometimes lead you into dangerous situations.
Destroying the Amulet:
The Amulet of Voria is a fragment of the primordial essence of the cosmos itself and can only be destroyed by the cosmic forces from which it was born. To destroy the amulet, it must be brought to the heart of a celestial body, such as a star or a planet, and immersed in its core. Only then will the cosmic energies contained within the amulet be released, returning them to the fabric of the universe.
