Anke's Circlet of Magic-Corruption

This circlet contains four charges. The charges can be targeted upon either an ally, the wearer, or an enemy. Upon consuming a charge and a reaction, the wearer or ally may roll one spell attack at advantage; upon landing, the damage is an auto-crit. If the wearer chooses to instead use the charge (with a reaction) against an enemy, the enemy will roll their own spell attack at disadvantage and deal half damage upon a successful attack. 1d4 charges are regained on long rest. However, the circlet also decreases the wearer's intelligence by 2 while the circlet is worn.
