Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
A large serpent that remains around the wearers neck. The appearance and species of the serpent is up to the users discretion.
Once Attuned, your eyes will be swapped with the snakes, and it's eyes swapped with yours. You gain the following benefits;
- You gain truesight up to 60ft.
- You have Advantage on Insight, Deception, and Persuasion checks.
- You are Immune to being Charmed, Frightened, or Stunned.
- Due to the serpent's link with your mind, you may speak telepathically to it, and it to you. As well as you are immune to psychic damage.
- Additionally, for each creature that falls within a 30ft range of you, the serpent may siphon the remnants of its life, granting you 15 temporary hit points. (These hit points stacks, but only up to 3 times.)
