Amulet of Hidden Waters

Allows you to transform into a bubble of floating water for 9 seconds. You can use it as a bonus action, every two turns. You are able to move at 5 ft/s as you are in your bubble state. When in your bubble state, you can't use any actions such as dashing, attacking, etc. When in your bubble state, you can use the action jet stream.

Jet Stream. You can ramp into an object or creature. It deals 1d6 force damage if it hits a creature.
