Description. Relic from the ancient times, you managed to restore most of the power this ring once had granting access to a powerful summon. It is said this ring once belonged to a god.
Storm Transformation. You can expand one use of wild shape to transform into a storm bear, ignoring challenge rating limitation. When you cast wild shape this way, a lightning hits the ring doing 1d8 lignting damge (CON 15 saving throw) in a 10 feet radius.
Alter Storm Rating. You can use a summoning spell to summon storm bears. The challenge rating of storm bears becomes 2 (CR 3 -> CR 2) if you try to summon it using a summoning spell.
Storm Transmutation. (1 charge / long rest) As a bonus action, you can expand a use of wild shape to summon an storm bear the same level as your druid level in an empty space in a 30 foot radius. As a bonus action on each of your turns, you can direct the bear to do an action against another creature (you can directly attack with the bear when summoning it).
