Auntie Agatha's Dead Plague Rat

 This stiff, desiccated rat erupts into an insect plague when thrown to the ground, with the rat being the center of the 20-foot radius of the spell.  The saving throw DC is 17 against the spell's effects. The rat is consumed by the insects.
