Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Only an "Oath of Vengeance" Paladin can attune with item.)
Dangling on a dark metal chain, a faintly glowing red gem pulsates with menacing energy. Given to paladins of the god of vengeance, this amulet allows the user to immediately strike back against someone who has wounded them. As a reaction, the wearer can cast the spell Hellish Rebuke or Aganazzar's Scorcher as an action at 2nd level. This ability can be used twice per day, and resets at dawn.
Notes: Only an "Oath of Vengeance" Paladin can attune with item.
