Aurora Cloak

This soft, mottled blue cloak made of feathers seems to float off the ground slightly, and when activated surrounds you with the colors of an aurora.

As an action, you can utter the cloak’s command word “Pakal”. The cloak grants you 50 temporary hit points. You cannot use this function again until the next midnight.

As a bonus action or as a reaction to one or more targets you can see being hit by an attack, you may transfer any number of the temporary hit points the cloak grants to any number of targets within 40 feet of you.

All temporary hit points the cloak grants disappear after 1 hour.
