An essential magic item for soldiers in hostile environments. This amulet helps keep the wearer at a comfortable temperature and humidity.
A silvery metal amulet set with hemispherical flat rubies and sapphires with a circular jet in the middle of both. When the amulet is cooling the sapphire will pulse, and when warming the ruby will pulse instead, conditions are too severe for the amulet to operate the jet will pulse and the amulet will vibrate once to warn the wearer.
It can adjust a local portion of air around the wearer to 70 degrees Fahrenheit and reduces moisture levels as well. This control doesn't extend to magical weather and temperature effects. It works as intended to temperatures within 20 degrees of 70, at climates higher or lower than the 90 or 40 respectively its effects diminish. Stops working entirely at temperatures higher or lower than 40 degrees from 70.
