Amulet of the Magus

This rare amulet acts as a spellcasting focus.  It can be used to replace any material component that isn't consumed regardless of cost.  For material components that are consumed the amulet has 20 charges.  You can expend a number of charges equal to the level of the spell to ignore the material component cost that would otherwise be consumed.  The amulet regains 1d4 charges daily at dawn.

In addition, the amulet grants the following benefits:

• You gain a +3 bonus to your spell attack and spell save DC.
• You gain a +3 bonus to AC and saving throws. 
• You have resistance to all damage from spells.
