Ring of the Commanding Leader

If you have the Second Wind or Action Surge features, you can, once per day each, as a Bonus Action, allow an ally to use these abilities. This does not use up your own uses of these abilities.

The ally uses them in the moment you use your bonus action to grant them the ability, and it costs them their Reaction to do so.

In the case of Second Wind, the ally uses the ability with the same effect as if you had used it yourself.

In the case of Action Surge the ally gets to take an action with their own abilities themselves.

Once used each of the abilities can not be used again until the next dawn.
