when the wearer falls unconscious they immediately go back up to 1 HP 

when the wearer takes necrotic damage while wearing this amulet  the damage is halved when the amulet absorbs 50 points of necrotic damage the wearer can expel the damage at an enemy in range. if the wearer doesn't expel the damage they take 1d10 necrotic damage until the necrotic damage is expelled from the amulet
