This dagger can be wielded as a magic focus. While holding it, you gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls.
The dagger has 20 charges for the following properties. The dagger regains 2d8 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the sword summons an Gynosphinx hostile to you and your allies. On a 20, the dagger regains 1d8 + 2 charges.
Spells. While holding this sword, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC and spell attack bonus: Magic missile (1 charge), shield (1 charge), arcane lock (2 charges), spiritual weapon (2 charges), blink (3 charges), Hypnotic pattern (3 charges), arcane eye (4 charges), Secret chest (4 charges), arcane hand (5 charges), or conjure elemental (5 charges), prismatic wall (9 charges).
You can also use an action to cast eldritch blast, prestidigitation, and detect magic without using any charges.
Overcharge. You can use an action to stab yourself with the dagger. The Arcane edge releases its remaining magic in an storm of chaos which moves in your favor.
Roll on the Wild magic table 10 times, choosing whether each effect happens to you or a creature within 60 feet of you.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
