This scroll can communicate with anyone who has a Scroll of Communication. Simply by writing the person's name and the message, then say send. It will disappear and appear on the person's scroll. You can send a message to more than one person.    

Notes: Must be activate by anyone with knowledge of basic magic or higher, after its activate it can be use by anyone.
