Wondrous Item, uncommon
A light blue and green glowing mushroom found only in the coldest caverns. When the cap is pressed, the user is teleported to a random location. This location must be on the same plane as the user and be under direct starlight. Pressing the stem will take the user back by one teleported location, eventually returning to their original position. All location memory is removed at dawn.
